The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and had a charming old-world charm. the tour of the chateau provided a fascinating insight into its history and the efforts to restore it.
The heating in the building was not turned on during my stay, so the room was quite cold. I also found bugs in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Magnificent rooms with a coffee table and a comfortable bed plus a sofa, spectacular location. Great and appetising food. Location just next door to a medieval tower and a lovely walled garden. Good and excellent employees with nice manners👍

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. Comparable accommodations in the UK would cost much more. The attention to detail in preserving the historical charm of the 11th Century keep is impressive. The spacious rooms with their oldy worldly wooden bed frames add to the authentic experience. The location of this hotel is full of charm and character. The surrounding village is lovely, providing a serene and authentic French countryside experience.
Breakfast could have a wider selection, including adult cereals and a better cheese selection.

The value we got for our money was exceptional. The room was luxurious and the chateau itself was beautifully restored, making us feel like we had traveled back in time. The location was peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with tea and coffee making facilities readily available.

Spent xmas at a beautiful historic tower just a short walk from a recommended restaurant with decent food. the tower room was warm with decent sized bathrooms. Enjoyed the impressive breakfast with hand-pressed juice, and free super-fast wifi was a plus.
No dinner service and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not enough wifi range throughout the building and no air conditioning, making the rooms hot during warmer months.

The facilities here are excellent and catered to all our needs, the stylish decor is impressive, and the free WiFi is a great bonus; I would definitely recommend this place.

The first thing that caught my attention was the charm and character of the location. The hotel is set in a beautiful Renaissance-era chateau, with rooms that have been preserved in their original state, built over 600 years ago. It was like stepping back in time. The attention to detail in the restoration was evident everywhere.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Loved walking in the extensive woodland, sipping coffee in the common area, and taking advantage of the terrace and garden. The historic inn by the river was absolutely charming.
Who needs air conditioning in the summer? I thoroughly enjoyed sweating through the hot nights.

Colin
The rooms here are very spacious and come with a coffee and tea maker and a nice sofa, plus the beds are really comfortable and the staff are outstanding.

The attention to detail and restoration of this 1000-year-old building were superb. The owners' love and dedication to the chateau are evident.
All was excellent, no improvements necessary.
